i don't know there is difference here between community (free) or professional (paid) edition, but in the paid version (3.30) you get an email with the message "click here", that is your link.

The paid version send email correctly and use the "click here" link to retrieve the password. You'll be redirected t othis address [url]http://websitename.com/member/chpassdo/49c2......[/url]

But that link doesn't work...the error message shown "not a valid code".

do you have an idea?

Yes I have the same error. I thought I fixed it but my fix caused another error in signup. Please post a fix for this bug. And I running 5.2.1 paid version.

I have figured this much out. I went back to a older version of members.module and everything works fine.
